Our 2018 Summer Camp for school age children is now open for “registration”. We will save and guarantee a spot for the first 40 children to register. Our summer registration fee is $50 per family. Camp Information and the registration forms can be downloaded under the “documents” section on the bottom of this page. Parent selection of exact weeks and days of attendance are not required until Apr 15th, 2018.
Our traditional Fun Filled Summer Camp, for children 5-12 years, includes swimming 5-days a week (pools on property). Our 7,0000 square foot Sports Skills Center will provide early morning indoor gym, games & sport skill activities. Campers will no longer have to wait for the dew to be burned off the grass to get active. The Sports Skills center is “fully air conditioned” and equipped with the most modern gym equipment.
Juice and snack are included in the fee. Perpetual Motion is the only school age day camp that includes everday onsite swimming & everyday gym activities as part of the weekly & daily fees. Camp hours are 9:00am—5:00pm. Extended hours are from 7am-6pm(no additional charge).
We have a fun, action-packed summer planned for 2018! Camp runs from May 21nd through Aug 3th. Register now to secure your weeks throughout the entire summer. Children must be enrolled in Kindergarten or above beginning in August 2017. Our youth camp will also try to accommodate our kindergarten children who are on a staggered schedule during the first few weeks of school. Please let us know if you may be interested in attending these “extended weeks”. Additional deposit is required for this week..
Parents can register for the entire summer or just a week or two. Space for camp is limited to the first 40 children “per week”. For more information, you may also call Perpetual Motion at 984-1253 during the day or Gary at 984-2075 any evening after 8pm. Detailed information, registration forms and camp prices may be obtained by clicking on the Documents button on the bottom of this page:
Perpetual Motion summer campers will now rotate between 4 different and unique activity areas throughout the typical camp day. A brand new building means an extended program and an even greater number of age appropriate activities!
The youth camp activity home rooms are now located in a separate building on our Perpetual Motion Campus directly behind the Gym. The old camp “activity” building is now the “Game Room” Building. This building features “gross motor” games including Ping Pong, Foosball, Air Hockey, and a large screen TV for playing the popular Xbox infra red movement games. As in the past years, the most popular time of the day is “swim time” in our “on-site” outdoor 75 foot pool. “On road” transportation is not needed! It is much safer & the children get into the water a lot quicker! Potential problems dealing with the general public at a community pool is also a non issue. All we have to be concerned with is how much fun we can have within the safest possible camper environment.
Parents can get a good idea of their children’s typical day by taking a close look at our daily schedule. This is a slightly different schedule from previous years. Please note: Campers will be required to bring their own lunch. Breakfast is not served. Children should eat a good breakfast before arrival. Healthy lunch beverages and an afternoon snack will be provided.
Parents, pick your weeks and days as desired. We cannot guaranteed that spots will remain available as the summer approaches. Although, we can guarantee that spots will be available to the first 40 children to “Register”. A “registration” fee is required so that we may be able to predict our enrollment and therefore improve our complete summer program. This fee also will be used to make sure that every child is covered with a secondary accident insurance policy. Registration does not require choice of attending camp weeks until April 15th 2018.
To complete your child’s enrollment:
Perpetual Motion requires a non-refundable payment in full for each child’s “first week” of camp. In addition, a non-refundable $20 deposit is also required for each of the additional weeks requested and reserved. Each camp week deposit may only be used for that particular week’s enrollment. Please note: each weekly deposit will be credited to the regular weekly tuition. As in the past, 2nd child discounted rates are available.
Parents may not drop or reduce enrolled weeks. Parents may change weeks if Perpetual Motion is notified 21 days before the Monday of each reserved week. Please understand, to have a great camp for the children, we plan all staff and order all activity supplies weeks in advance of the actual time of service. The first camp week tuition and all other reserved weeks deposits of $20 are due on April 15th or upon late enrollment.
